Neil takes his clients’ health and safety very seriously and as such all of his equipment is serviced annually and tested for electrical safety (PAT tested). In addition to this, although not yet a legal requirement, most venues, as a condition of hire, require any entertainer to carry Public Liability Insurance. Neil carrys full Public Liability Insurance (PLI), indemnifying him for claims of upto £5million per person per claim.

Although his equipment is well maintained, he appreciates that things can go wrong (although they never have). As such he has a backup set to cover this eventuality. He also carries a "get out of trouble quick pack", should he require an immediate solution to any problem.
